TaxWatch: Tax-filing deadline extended: "Thanks to a holiday in the District of Columbia on Friday, April 15, taxpayers nationwide will get an extra weekend to file their taxes this year, the IRS says. But some early-bird filers will have to wait until mid- to late February to file.
