BRT cedes some functions in agreement with Nutter: "Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter said Wednesday that the Board of Revision of Taxes has agreed to make the city’s finance director, or the director’s designee, the interim executive director of the BRT as part of a reform of the property tax assessment system.
