Aqua America buys Texas water and wastewater systems: "Aqua America Inc. said Thursday that its Texas subsidiary has bought Gray Utility’s water and wastewater systems for $3.3 million. The systems serve approximately 6,300 people in Chambers, Jefferson and Liberty counties along the Gulf Coast near Baytown, which is 40 miles from downtown Houston.
