PhillyDeals: Among Rendell's parting gifts: $100 million for Philly projects: "Soon-to-be-ex-Gov. Rendell, who fathered and godfathered so many public projects that Pennsylvania and Philadelphia taxpayers will be paying for them into the next generation, has been busy in the weeks since Republican Tom Corbett was elected to replace him - approving a few last rounds of gifts to favored developers and agencies."
