The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts said Friday it has named a museum director with fundraising experience. Harry Philbrick, who will serve as Edna S. Tuttleman Director of the Academy Museum starting on March 1, is former director of the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield, Conn.
