Lawyer who swindled investors is up for early-release program: "This year did not get off to a good start for Paul Pezzotti Sr. On Jan. 8, he received a letter from the state informing him that the Chester County lawyer who swindled him out of $900,000 in life savings might soon be leaving prison for a halfway house after serving a fraction of his sentence."
